1. Introduction
1.1. Estonian Wrestling
Federation has granted the organization of the Kristjan Palusalu 18th
Memorial in Wrestling 2005 to the
Estonian Sports Association Kalev.
1.2. The Memorial will be
organized by the Organizing Commitee set up by the Estonian Sports Association
Kalev and Estonian Wrestling Federation.
2. Date and Venue
Kristjan Palusalu Memorial
2005 will be held from the 28th
October to 30th October 2005
in Tallinn, Estonia.Arrival date October 28, and departure date October 30.
3. Eligibility to participate
3.1. Kristjan Palusalu
Memorial may attend the FILA member unions.
3.2. Each delegation may
enter up maximum 10 seniors, that
is no more than two wrestlers per each weight category and 2 cadets in
weight category 85-110.
3.3. The composition of
each delegation shall be as follows:
seniors 1-10 1 1 1 W+3
cadets 2 - - - W 2
4. Technical conditions
4.1. The Memorial will be organized in accordance with the FILA International Rules of Wrestling.
4.2. The Competition will
be organized as following:
seniors: 55 kg, -60 kg, -66 kg, -74 kg, -84 kg, -96 kg and 96-120 kg.
cadets (born 1988-1989): 85-110 kg.
Ower weight allowed 2 kg.
4.3. The standing by teams shall be headed by
the results of 7 best wrestlers. Wrestlers
places from 1st to 6th in each weight gategory will receive points
to team as followings: 1st place 6pts, 2nd place – 5pts,
3rd – 4pts etc.
5. Medical examination
5.1. All wresters shall undergo a medical examination in their home countries.
5.2. The organizing
Committee shall bear only the expense of first aid.
5.3. All hospitalization
expenses shall be at the charge of the participants.
Insurance to be
arranged by individual participants.
6. Entries
6.1. Preiliminary entries shall be sent to the address of the Organizing Committee by September 15, 2005.
6.2.Nominative
entries shall be sent to the address of the Organizing Commitee by October 15,
2005.
6.3. On the occasion
of the nominative entries the delegation leader will submit to the Secretary of
the Memorial at the latest by 18.00 hrs on October 28, 2005 following
documents:

7.
Accommodation and
meals
7.1. The Organizing Committee will reserve for foreign participants in accordance with nominative entries accomodation on October 28 - October 30, 2005 and breakfast 29 and 30 October 2005.
8. Transportation
8.1. Transportation from costs home to Tallinn will be covered by the sending organisation or participant himself.
8.2. The Organizing
Committee will provide local transportation for each delegation upon arrival
and departure.
9. Competition facilities
9.1. The Competition will be held on 3 mats.
9.2. Training mats will
be available for all participating teams on October 28, 2005.
10. Awards
10.1.The Organizing Committee will award the following prices in each weight category:
1) prize for –55, -60,
-66, -74, -84, -96 kg:
1st place medal, diploma + prize 1000 $
2nd place medal, diploma, special prize
3rd place medal, diploma, special prize
3rd place medal, diploma, spetcial prize
2) prize additional for
96-120 kg:
1st place medal, diploma , prize - 2000 $
2nd place medal, diploma, prize - 1000 $
3rd place medal, diploma, prize - 700 $
3rd place medal, diploma, prize - 700 $
3) prize additional for cadets
1st place medal, diploma, prize 300 $
2nd place medal, diploma, special prize

10.2. The top three teams get special cups and diplomas.
11. Financial Conditions
1.1. Delegations arriving before October 28 and leaving after October 30, shall pay all expences of the additional days by himself.
1.2. Additional persons shall pay all expences accomodation and meals by himself.
12. Administration
12.1.The delegation leader shall fill the accredition forms of participants by the Organizing Committee upon arrival in Tallinn.
